LbQ win big at Bett 2020!

12 months after winning ‘Innovator of the year’ at the 2019 Bett Awards, LbQ take home 2 awards at Bett 2020.

It was a very special evening for LbQ, as we were named winners of the Secondary Content Award at the world's leading EdTech show, Bett. We were also finalists in the Classroom Aid for Learning, Teaching and Assessment, and Impact categories, making LbQ one of the most successful single products of the last 3 years. Things didn’t stop there, however, as our founder, Tony Cann, won the prestigious Bett Outstanding Achievement Award!

The Outstanding Achievement Award is recognition for a life spent improving the educational prospects and well-being of young people. Tony believes passionately that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves the same opportunities in life, with education being paramount in breaking down the barriers to success and bringing about a positive change.

Sir Kevan Collins, LbQ's new executive vice chairman said: "This is no more than Tony deserves for a lifetime of commitment and dedication to education, inspiring us all to do more!"

Content is king!

Winning the Secondary Content Award is testament to our hard-working team of teacher authors, who are constantly at work creating engaging, curriculum-aligned content for schools.

Dave Grosvenor, head of content at LbQ, “We are delighted that our resources are respected and trusted by our peers – after all we write them to help teachers in classrooms across the country.”
